Who’s the hero?

Made to be read together

You and the people you love become the heroes, each drawn from a photo.

Not a generic book. Their book.

Tell us the little things only you know. We write them into the story.

How it works

You check their picture before we draw the book.

  1. Rosie's photo: an invented girl with red hair in a yellow sweater

    Step 1: Add a photo

One clear photo from your phone is enough. Add 2–3 more and the drawing looks even more like them.

  2. The same girl drawn as a 3D storybook character

    Step 2: See them drawn

Pick one of 4 styles. Not quite right? Change the hair or eyes.

  3. A page from her book: the girl hangs over a fence nose to nose with a cow wearing a straw hat, while Biscuit the dachshund looks up at her

Step 3: Read the first pages free

The cover and first 4 pages are free. The full book has 12.

Put your pet in the story

One photo is enough; add 2–3 more and the drawing looks even more like your pet. Your pet becomes a character in the story, or the star of the whole book.

Pick their look

You see them in all 4 before you choose.

  • The same scene with a lifelike, photo-real Rosie in a softly painted storybook garden: she reaches up toward the hat in the oak while a painted Biscuit looks up from the trunk

    Lifelike Storybook

The closest to their real face.

  • Rosie reaching up for Grandma’s straw hat in an oak while Biscuit the dachshund looks up at the trunk, drawn as a bright 3D animated movie on a sunny morning

    3D Movie

Bright colours and lifelike light, like an animated movie.

  • The same scene in manga style: Rosie with big anime eyes reaches for the hat in the oak while Biscuit stands at the trunk, under a bright blue sky with white clouds

    Manga

Big anime eyes, clean ink lines and glowing skies.

  • The same scene as a hand-drawn 2D animated film: Rosie reaches for the hat in the oak while Biscuit stands at the trunk, with ink outlines and a painted garden behind

    Animated 2D

Hand-drawn lines and painted light, like a classic cartoon film.

Rosie and Grandma’s Runaway Hat

Every summer the wind steals Grandma’s big straw hat, and this summer Rosie is going to bring it back. Over the meadow, across the duck pond, through the flour-dusted bakery and up the old oak she chases it, with Biscuit at her heels. But what Rosie finds inside the hat changes everything.

Questions people ask

Will it really look like them?

You see their picture before anything is written. If something is off, you can change the eyes, hair or other details up to 3 times. Every page is drawn from the picture you approve.

Is it a printed book?

No. It is a digital book with 12 illustrated pages, not a printed one.

What’s in the free preview?

The cover and the first 4 pages. You can flip through them. The other 8 pages stay blurred until you get the book. The price of the full book shows next to your preview.

Can I put our own memories in it?

Yes. Add up to 3 memories, the things they love, and a phrase we use word for word. You can also write a dedication for the first page. All of it is optional.

What do I need to start?

One clear photo of each hero (2–3 more make the drawing even closer), their first name, and a few details like age and eye color.

What happens to the photos?
