These terms apply when you use UniqueBook ("we", "us") to make a personalized digital storybook. UniqueBook is operated by Ancho Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What UniqueBook is

You add photos and answer a few questions; we use AI services to draw the characters in a picture-book style and to write and illustrate a story with them. You get a free preview (the cover and the first pages) before you decide to buy.

The full book is digital only: you receive a full digital copy of the book that you can read on any phone or tablet, online in your browser. Nothing is printed or shipped.

If you add a second illustration style at checkout, you get the same story drawn in another style as a separate digital copy. You choose the style after payment; if you don't choose in time, we choose one for you. The second book is delivered together with or after your main book, never before it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Children do not use UniqueBook themselves; an adult makes the book for them.

3. Your photos and content

• Only add photos you have the right to use. Everyone pictured, or their parent or legal guardian, must agree to their photo being used to make the book.
• Don't add content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or that shows or targets someone without their permission. The AI services may refuse some photos or requests, and we may refuse or stop a book.
• You keep your rights in your photos and texts. You allow us, and the AI services we use, to process them only to make, show and deliver your book, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI-made pictures and stories

The pictures are AI-made illustrations inspired by your photos, not photographs. Likeness, details and text can vary from what you expect. You see and approve each character before the story pages are drawn, and you can ask for a limited number of corrections. If you add a second illustration style to your order, its characters are redrawn in that style from the same photos and the details you approved, without a separate approval step. Please read the free preview carefully before you buy: the pages after the preview are drawn in the same way.

5. Price and payment

You see the price and the payment details at checkout before you pay. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

7. Using your book

You may read and share your book for personal, non-commercial use. The UniqueBook name, the site, the story templates and the software remain ours.

Your book's preview has a private link you can save or share. Anyone who has the link can see the preview (not your photos) and can't change anything, so only send it to people you trust. The link stops working when the book is deleted.

There are no accounts yet. Your unfinished book and preview are linked to the browser that made them while its session is active. After purchase, we may provide a private delivery link that opens the full book on another device. Anyone who has that delivery link can read the full book, so only send it to people you trust. Delivery access can be disabled when the link is revoked.

8. Availability

UniqueBook is a new service. Making a book depends on outside AI services and on our capacity, so book creation may sometimes be slow, paused or unavailable, and the number of new books one network can start in a day is limited. We may change or stop parts of the service.

9. Disclaimer and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a book is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you bought your book applies to that purchase.

12. Mobile messaging

If you sign up for UniqueBook text messages, our Mobile Terms of Service also apply. They explain what we send and how often, that message and data rates may apply, how to get help (reply HELP) and how to stop (reply STOP), and the rules for the United States, certain states and Canada. Signing up for texts is never a condition of a purchase.
